More Info

The Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell opened January 1998, and is named after the late Lowell native, Senator Paul E. Tsongas. This fine multi-purpose venue is ideally equipped to host a variety of events of varying capacities. While perhaps most widely known for its ice-hockey games (NCAA Division I UMASS Lowell River Hawks are current tenants there), and concerts, the Tsongas Center schedule may also feature trade shows, conferences and family events.

As a full-service, mid-sized venue, the Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell continues to attract major names from the world of entertainment to its stage; Tiesto, The Pixies, Weezer, Slipknot, Dropkick Murphys and Bob Dylan are just some of those included on the Tsongas Center schedule over the years.

The Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell is easily accessible from both Boston and New Hampshire.
